- Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and content provided for campaigns.
- Deliverables created by us may be reused in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

- We are not responsible for platform-related issues (e.g., Meta/Facebook policy changes, Google updates, account suspensions).
- Results from digital marketing campaigns cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.

- Payments are not completed.
- A client engages in unlawful or unethical practices.
- Terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
